Your challenge
- As an ERP Project Manager, you will guide your clients in ERP projects. The project can be a tool selection, a first implementation, a roll-out, a major upgrade, an improvement project or even getting a failed implementation back on track.
- You are a pivotal figure between the system integrators and the customer's business: you challenge and translate the customer's needs into implementation solutions.
- You coordinate all activities related to the project and are actively involved in all phases of the process: the implementation itself, data migration, facilitating workshops, creating blueprints, testings, integration with existing systems, hypercare and training.
- You revise the operational processes at the client and question them critically. From there you work out the business requirements together with your client. You give advice on the correct process flows and help decide what the customer needs and how it will be implemented in the new system.
- You manage and coach the project team of the client: you define the project goals and scope. You identify risks and report on project progress.
- You ensure that all project stakeholders are and remain aligned throughout the life cycle of the project and actively guide the organization through the change process.

Your profile
- You have a master in Applied Economy, Commercial Sciences or Commercial Engineering or a master in another field combined with experience in project and change management of ERP implementation projects
- Experience in controlling and reporting (management reporting, budgeting & forecasting) is a plus
- You are customer oriented, you have experience in stakeholder management and project management methodologies
- You like to share your knowledge and you get energy from supporting colleagues
- You speak Dutch and English, French is a plus
