Your challenge

As a Consultant in Insurance, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our clients' Core business Operations in their Non-Life or Life Insurance activities. You will work at top insurance companies in the Belgian market and your challenges will include:

  • Underwriting: oversee risk assessment, policy issuance, and adherence to underwriting guidelines.
  • Policy Management: administrate insurance policies throughout their lifecycle, including renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Claims management: ensure efficient processing, validation, and disbursement of claims, while assessing risks and detecting fraud.
  • Product Management: ensure development, pricing, and updating of insurance products aligned with market demands and regulatory requirements.

In addition to your project at the client, you will also be developing through various roles within TriFinance itself:

  • Community Growth: contribute to the development and expansion of the TriFinance insurance knowledge Community while expanding in parallel your own expertise.
  • Leadership: depending on your experience and ambition, you may also mentor other TriFinance consultants to guide them in their own growth.

Your profile

  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years in insurance operations, specifically within one or more of the following areas: Underwriting, Policy Management, Claims/Liquidation, Product Management, Anti-Money Laundering or Insurance Fraud Detection.
  • Knowledge: A sound understanding of non-life insurance (with knowledge of one or more of the following products: motor, property, family, liability, legal protection, workers' compensation,…) and/or life insurance and products under Branches 21/23 of pillars 2-3-4, (such as pension savings, products for the self-employed, group insurance and investments).
  • Tools proficiency: Familiarity with some core tools is a plus: Axon, Guidewire, Solife, Soliam, GraphTalk, UL3, Portima,…
  • Key attributes: A detail-oriented, pragmatic, and critical mindset, combined with a team player attitude.
  • Languages: Fluency in English, Dutch and French.
