Your challenge
- Capturing, analyzing, and validating business needs of various stakeholders.
- Designing and documenting "as-is" and "to-be" processes and identifying improvement opportunities that maximize value.
- Analyzing the impact of transformation projects on financial institutions: digitization, regulatory & compliance, process optimization and organizational changes
- Acting as a bridge between business and IT / external partners (if applicable)
- Translating business needs into business requirements to adapt systems, processes, teams and organization models
- Facilitating and coordinating user acceptance testing (UAT), including elaboration of test strategy, test plan and test cases
- Introducing and facilitating changes across the organization as a change agent
- Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to the development of the Enterprise Transformation community
Your profile
- Experience as a Business or Functional Analyst, preferably within banks and/or insurance companies
- Experience with BPM techniques and writing business requirements analyses
- Business domain knowledge of Finance, Operations or Risk in a financial institution is a plus
- Dutch or French native, good command in the other, and fluent in English
- Strong analytical skills, ability to quickly make links and assess impacts
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills and the ability to lead workshops
- An entrepreneurial mindset, curious and self-starter
- A change adept that can easily adapt to new situations with resilience
