What you will be doing

As Talent Acquisition Lead at TriFinance you take the following responsibilities:


  • You are a strong business partner who is able to identify the right target groups based on the input of the business.
  • You are able to monitor and challenge the status quo and improve the overall talent acquisition process of the group.
  • You are familiar with the latest talent acquisition trends (recruitment marketing, employer branding) and developments and you are able to translate these into concrete initiatives.
  • You partner with Recruiters & Business Managers to coordinate all recruiting initiatives in line with the workforce planning.
  • You are aware of the roles and skills of the future, allowing you to work in a supply-driven way 
  • You will develop strategies for "candidate talent pools" for current and future positions.
  • You develop & execute cost-effective sourcing, talent acquisition & recruiting strategies to meet the business requirements.
  • You monitor recruiting metrics and establish tactics to improve the outcome and act proactively based on these data. 
  • You take various actions to guarantee the Recruitment budgets. 
  • You lead learning groups as Peer Group Programs, where knowledge and experiences are shared with all stakeholders. 
  • You create a good relationship with all recruiters and you are their sparring partner during their day-to-day activities.
  • You determine the learning needs of the recruiters concerned and you organize training courses to improve their level of expertise.
  • You are involved in side projects such as consent management (GDPR), Business Role Mapping tool and provide your advice with a recruitment perspective.
  • You are involved with the recruitment of internal profiles within the business and you monitor the overall quality of recruitment of the project consultants.
  • You are responsible for recruiting internal senior profiles for our Expert Support Units.

  • Master Degree in HR and/or Business;
  • Min 7 years’ of HR experience in a similar role with proven working experience in Recruitment, preferably in an international environment;
  • Solid understanding of the Belgium Labor Law/Regulation and best practices
  • Proven ability to multi-task and result-driven in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to influence at all levels
  • Confident working with level of ambiguity
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Dutch, English and preferably French.
  • Proven ability to build strong partnerships and work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
