Your challenge
Our Young Hub Program
A 1.5-year traineeship that kicks off with an onboarding week. During this week, we cover crucial consulting skills, followed by specific domain expertise training depending on your personal ambitions plan and industry focus.
After the onboarding, the real work begins!
Through various tailored projects, you’ll gain hands-on experience within the industry of your choice. This can be at one of our corporate clients, at the headquarters of a bank or an insurance company, or even within the (semi-)public sector
With regular check-ins, we closely track your growth, providing support to help you achieve your personal goals.
One thing is certain: in your first projects, you’ll become familiar with the principles of finance, risk & compliance or operations processes.
At the same time, we’ll train you to become a fully qualified consultant.
Your project location will be based on your preferred region, with offices in Antwerp, Brussels, Hasselt, Ghent, Roeselare, and Louvain-La-Neuve.
For our Banking & Insurance department, flexibility between Brussels and Antwerp is essential!
By the end of our program, you’ll be ready to tackle any project with confidence!
Challenging enough for you?
